Returns & Refunds Policy

At MsTita Coffee Roasters, we’re a small, family-run roastery, and every bag of coffee is freshly roasted just for you. We put a lot of care into each order, and we want you to feel confident buying from us.

When We’re Happy to Help

We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

• We’ve made a mistake with your order (wrong coffee, size, or quantity), or
• Your coffee arrives damaged or defective

To keep things fair and manageable for a small business, we ask that:

• You contact us within 7 days of delivery
• The coffee is unopened and in its original packaging, unless it arrived damaged
• You have your order number or proof of purchase

What We’re Unable to Accept

Because our coffee is freshly roasted and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns or refunds for:

• Opened coffee
• Orders where the wrong product was chosen or the flavour simply wasn’t to your taste
• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery

That said, if something doesn’t feel right, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re always happy to have a conversation.

How to Get in Touch

If there’s an issue with your order, please email us at orders@mstita.com with:

• Your order number
• A short description of what went wrong
• Photos, if the order arrived damaged or incorrect

We aim to reply within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours
• Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after approval

Replacements

When it makes sense, we may offer to send a replacement at no extra cost instead of issuing a refund.
