Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 07/01/2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Small Farmers Coffee Ltd Trading as Ms Tita Coffee Roasters via our website.
By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About Us
We are Small Farmers Coffee Ltd Trading as Ms Tita Coffee Roasters, a small, family-run coffee roastery based in Birmingham, UK, selling roasted coffee beans, green coffee beans, and coffee equipment.
Products
- Coffee is a natural, agricultural product and may vary slightly between batches
- Flavour notes are tasting descriptors, not added ingredients
- Equipment descriptions are provided as accurately as possible
Orders & Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise
- Payment is taken at the time of order
- An order is only accepted once you receive order confirmation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in rare circumstances (for example, pricing errors or stock issues).
Freshly Roasted Coffee
Our roasted coffee is roasted fresh to order. Because of this:
- Orders may take 1–3 business days to roast and prepare before dispatch
- Coffee is considered a perishable good
Delivery
Delivery times and responsibility are outlined in our Delivery & Shipping Policy.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier (e.g. Royal Mail). We will, however, support customers wherever possible if issues arise.
Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains when refunds or replacements are available. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, opened items cannot be returned.
International Orders & Customs
For orders outside the UK:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, and branding — remains the property of Small Farmers Coffee Ltd Trading as Ms Tita Coffee Roasters and may not be used without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
